i really liked the use of type within these designs as i felt they smoothed oer the hard edge designs i had done before christmas. i actually like the colour pallette i've used more specifically the purple and 80% balck designs.
i wanted to try represent myself as a illustrator and designer so i created this little mouth to go along with like a speach bubble to say "hey" the idea maybe a little cheesy but i kind of like it.
i took inspiration for the sticker approach from a rang eof differnt work featured within computer arts projects, i liked the idea of having something visualy aesthical on the card to make people pick the card up.
however i think i mght be trying to over complicate the designs with this sticker layering approach. as i don't want to lose the fact that my name is... and what i do is...
